Anthony is an accountant for Gould Investors, One Liberty Properties, Inc and BRT Apartments Corp. and has been with the company since 2010. He previously worked as a senior auditor for Ernst & Young. He holds a BS from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and became a CPA in the state of New York in September 2010.
Matt is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Georgetown Partners. Matt is also Chairman of the Board of One Liberty Properties, Inc., Senior Vice President and a Trustee of BRT Apartments Corp., and Senior Vice President of REIT Management Corp. and Majestic Property Management Corp. Matt received a BA, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 1981. He earned a JD, cum laude, in 1984 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Keith joined Gould in 2019. Keith previously was an Analyst at Industrial Realty Group, LLC, in Los Angeles, where he provided analytic and strategic support to the Acquisition and Asset Management teams. Keith received his BA from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Dennis is Lease Administrator for Gould and has been with Gould since 1992. He previously worked as a legal assistant in the real estate department of the New York office of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher. He holds a BA from Ohio State University and an MA from the Claremont School of Theology in Claremont, California.
David joined Georgetown Partners in 1990 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of One Liberty Properties and Majestic Property Management Corp. as well as Senior Vice President-Finance of BRT Apartments Corp. Prior to 1990, David, a Certified Public Accountant, was a partner in Buchbinder Tunick & Company (and its predecessors). David received a BBA from City College-Baruch School in 1968 and became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York in 1972. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Alex joined Gould in 2013 and serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions. Prior to joining, Alexandra was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank on a cross-asset sales desk that sold Global Market products to high net-worth family offices. Before Deutsche Bank, Alexandra worked at Coalition, a consulting company that specializes in competitive analysis. She also has extensive experience in financial modeling gained from her Investment Banking position at Bear Stearns. Alexandra received her BA in Economics in 2006 from Barnard College, Columbia University, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and an MBA in 2015 from New York University: Stern School of Business specializing in Real Estate and Finance.
Mark joined Georgetown Partners in 1990 and currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Georgetown Partners. Mark also serves as a Senior Vice President of BRT Apartments Corp., Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of One Liberty Properties and Secretary of Majestic Property Management Corp. Prior to 1990, Mark was associated with Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin, Washington, D.C., and prior to that with Chadbourne & Parke, New York, New York. Mark received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1984 and a JD from New York University School of Law in 1987.
Will has been with Gould or its affiliates since 2007 and currently he is a Vice President with Georgetown Partners. Will has extensive expertise in underwriting various types of commercial real estate assets, as well as structuring and originating real estate financing opportunities. Prior to joining Gould Investors, Will worked on debt and equity transactions at Guardian Life Insurance Company and prior to that Standards & Poors. Will received a BS from Ohio University in 1994 and an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business in 2003.
Alysa joined Georgetown Partners in 1987 and currently serves as Controller. She is also Assistant Treasurer of One Liberty Properties and BRT Apartments Corp. Prior to joining Georgetown Partners Alysa worked as an accountant for Eisner & Lubin CPA in New York and Sierra Capital Company in San Francisco. Alysa graduated from Brooklyn College in 1982, where she received a BS in Accounting.
Bill is a Sr. Vice President of Majestic Property Management Corp. Bill supervises Majestic’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Bill is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors and The Long Island Board of Realtors.
Ryan is a Property Manager for Majestic Property Management and manages both residential and commercial properties in the New York area and throughout the United States. Ryan joined Majestic in 2012 and prior to that was a Senior Project Manager for a flooring company in the New York metropolitan area. He holds a BA from the University of Stony Brook and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York State. Ryan is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and The New York State Association of Realtors.
Jeff is President and Chief Executive Officer of BRT Apartments Corp. Jeff is also a Manager and Senior Vice President of Georgetown Partners and he is a Senior Vice President and a Director of One Liberty Properties and Majestic Property Management Corp. Jeff received a BA from the University of Michigan. Jeff has worked with the affiliated companies since 1987.
Fred is a Founder, Chairman of the Board Emeritus of Georgetown Partners, LLC, the Managing General Partner of Gould Investors L.P. Fred is also Chairman of the Board Emeritus of BRT Apartments Corp. and Vice Chairman of the Board of One Liberty Properties, Inc. He was a former director and a member of the Board and Loan Committee of the Yonkers Savings and Loan Association and Bankers Federal Savings. Fred was also a former director of EastGroup Properties, Inc. (NYSE:EGP) His industry involvements include prior memberships on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts as well as the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York where he was also a member of its Finance Committee. Fred received a BBA in 1957 from Lehigh University and an LLB, cum laude, in 1960 from New York Law School.
Nick is a Property Manager for Majestic Property Management Corp. Nick manages residential and commercial properties in the New York area and throughout the United States. Nick joined Majestic in 2017 and prior to that was a Property Manager for another New York City owner/manager. Nick holds a BA from Queens College.
Isaac is Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Georgetown Partners. Isaac also serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of One Liberty Properties and BRT Apartments Corp. He joined the companies in July, 2004. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for the firms of Buchbinder Tunick & Co. and Ernst & Young. He received his BA in accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the New York State Society of CPA’s.
Seth has served as President of Majestic Property Management Corp. since 2006. Prior to that he served as Treasurer of One Liberty Properties and BRT Apartments Corp. and as Vice President of Operations and Controller of Georgetown Partners, Inc. Seth has been with Gould since 1981. Prior to 1981, Mr. Kobay was with the New York City accounting firm, Richard A. Eisner & Company. Mr. Kobay received his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1980 and holds a BBA, received in 1977, from Hofstra University.
Izzy is the Chairman of the Board of BRT Apartments Corp. He is also a Senior Vice President of Georgetown Partners, and a Senior Vice President of One Liberty Properties, Inc. Izzy previously served as a Director and Chief Lending Officer of Bankers Federal Savings. Prior to joining Gould and its affiliates in 1984, Izzy was a Vice President at Bankers Trust. Izzy earned a BA in Economics in 1974 from City University in New York, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his MBA in Accounting from New York University, graduated with distinction and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma in 1977.
Steven is a Sr. Vice President of BRT Apartments Corp. Steven joined Gould in 2013. Prior to joining Gould Steven was special counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, New York, New York. Steven received his BA from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University in 2000, and his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2003.
